to order
Please
note, the following days/weekends are now fully
booked for 2010:
4 and 5 September, 29 and 30 October.
As all our cupcakes are freshly baked on a daily basis, we usually require
a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before we dispatch, however for last
minute requests we try to help where possible.
Ordering
is quick and simple. Just choose your preferred flavours* and quantity
of cakes required in each flavour, where you want the cakes delivered
and when.
Then contact us and we'll do the rest.
Prices start from:
£17 for 12 classic cupcakes (examples shown on the 'gallery'
link above)
£22 for 12 signature cupcakes (examples shown on
the 'gallery' link above)
*for the minimum 12 classic cupcakes and up to 24 cupcakes, a maximum
of three flavours, toppings can be mixed.
Egg
free, dairy free and gluten free: £2 each, mimimum order of six
cupcakes.

Payment
in order of preference
Payment can be made securely online via BACS; please contact us for
account details. Alternatively by cheque made payable to Splash of
Colour, cash or by PAYPAL
below.
You don't have to have a PayPal account. Debit and credit cards accepted,
bank transfer and PayPal balance.
Please note: your order will not be processed until payment is received.

Terms
All our cakes require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time
of order with the final balance required 2 weeks before the date of the
event.
Any additional charges such as stand hire will
be included on the final balance invoice.
Payment
in full is required at the time of booking for all orders under £60
and for events within 2 weeks of the time of booking.
Stand
hire starts from £35 per stand with a deposit of £40 required
per stand which will be refunded providing the stand is returned to us
complete and totally undamaged within 4 days of the event.
Amendments
and cancellations
Any amendments need to be made one full month before the event date
in writing. Cancellation within 7 days of the event will be subject to
100% charge.
Liability
Every effort will be made to deliver to the venue.
The Cupcake Baker does not accept any liability for delays resulting from
adverse weather conditions (snow),
fire, flood, or other natural disaster, or for any other event, which
is beyond our control.
