Ordering
is quick and simple:
1. Choose your preferred flavours (you can choose up to three).
2. Quantity of cakes required - minimum order 12 cupcakes.
3.
Who they are for.
4. Where you want the cakes delivered - please see delivery price below,
or you may want to collect.
5. Delivery date.

confirm your order by e-mail or phone.
Payment
in order of preference
1. Payment can be made securely online via BACS; please contact
us on

for account details.
2. PAYPAL, see below.
3. By cheque made payable to Splash of Colour.
4. Cash.
You don't have to have a PayPal account. Debit and credit cards accepted,
bank transfer and PayPal balance. Click
on the 'Buy Now' button below and Log In if you have a PAYPAL account.
If not, then fill in the description (i.e. 'cupcakes'), the amount payable,
your personal details then your credit/debit card details. Payment will
be made to Splash of Colour.
Please note: your order will not be processed until payment is received.
Prices
start from:
£19.80 for 12 Classic* cupcakes (examples shown on
the 'gallery' link above)
£25.20 for 12 Signature* cupcakes (examples shown
on the 'gallery' link above)
*for the minimum 12 Classic or Signature cupcakes a maximum of three flavours
toppings can be mixed. Up to 24 cupcakes, a maximum of four flavours,
toppings can be mixed. Remember to include any delivery charges and any
'out of season' surcharge on raspberry and strawberry cupcakes.
We
will fulfill you order exactly but toppings may be altered to another
design if the cupcakes are ordered at short notice.

The
delivery charge (where applicable), must be added to the cupcake or macaroon
order. Our delivery charges remain the same price as in 2010 despite
rising fuel costs.
Macaroons
A box of macaroons is £19.50. If you are also buying
cupcakes a single delivery charge will apply for both goods.
Mini
cupcakes
Perfect for children and cocktail parties, mini versions of your wedding
cupcakes. Minimum order 24 cupcakes, £1.20 each.
Egg free, dairy free and
gluten free: £2 each, minimum order of 12 cupcakes in
each category
Stand hire or purchase
Stand hire starts from £39 per stand with a deposit of £40
required per stand which will be refunded providing the stand is returned
to us complete and totally undamaged within 4 days of the event. Alternatively
the stand can be purchased from us at a cost of £48.
Children's celebration cupcakes
We produce a number of different designs for children's birthdays
and parties. The cakes require a lot of hand work and are priced at £2.50
each with a minimum order of twelve cakes - see 'occasions' link on menu,
top, for examples.
As all our cupcakes are freshly baked on a daily basis, we usually require
a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before we dispatch, however for last
minute requests we try to help where possible.

Terms:
Weddings and Events
All our cakes require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time
of order with the final balance required 2 weeks before the date of the
event.
Any additional charges such as stand hire will
be included on the final balance invoice.
Every effort will be made to deliver to the venue.
The Cupcake Baker does not accept any liability for delays resulting from
adverse weather conditions: snow,
fire, flood, or other natural disaster, or for any other event i.e. electrical
power failure, which is beyond our control.
If we are unable to deliver your cake(s) due to the conditions described
in the paragraph
above, we strongly
recommend that you purchase wedding insurance to cover yourselves for
this eventuality.
Smaller
orders
Payment
in full is required at the time of booking for all orders under £60
and for events within 2 weeks of the time of booking.
Stand
hire
Stand hire starts from £39 per stand with a deposit of £40
required per stand which will be refunded providing the stand is returned
to us complete and totally undamaged within 4 days of the event.
Delivery
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the recipient of
cupcakes or macaroons are at the delivery address to receive the goods
at an agreed time slot. In the event that the recipient is not at the
delivery address an attempt will be made to leave the delivery with a
next door neighbour, or in a waterproof area such as a porch at the delivery
address. If these options are not possible the goods will be returned
to our premises where collection by the recipient will be possible. The
Cupcake Baker will not attempt a second delivery.
Cakes
collected from our premises
Any cakes or products including cupcakes, top cakes, mini cakes, macaroons
and tray bakes that are collected by a client are no longer the responsibiilty
of the Cupcake Baker once the products have departed from our premises.
The Cupcake Baker will not be liable for any damaged products in transit
by the client.
Amendments
and cancellations
Any amendments need to be made one full month before the event date
in writing. Cancellation within 7 days of the event will be subject to
100% charge.
Liability
Every effort will be made to deliver to the venue.

Title of goods supplied
All goods supplied will remain the property of the seller until such time
