organic, unwaxed lemons. Topped with a light citrus butter cream or icing.

Zesty Betsy - fragrant orange sponge made with the juice and zest from real seville oranges and a delicious tangy topping.

College cupcake - NEW! wonderful Autumn flavours: cinnamon, mixed spice, sultanas and muscavado sugar. Topped with a vanilla and golden syrup frosting and drizzled with syrup to give a twist on the traditional 'pudding and custard'.
