Chocolate Zingaling - a dark chocolate sponge with the zing of real orange extract, orange zest and a delicious glossy icing or frosting.

Miss Lemon - fragrant lemon sponge made with the juice and zest from
organic, unwaxed lemons. Topped with a light citrus butter cream or icing.

Zesty Betsy - fragrant orange sponge made with the juice and zest from real seville oranges and a delicious tangy topping.

Coffee Classico - a delicious coffee sponge made with real expresso coffee, topped with a swirly real coffee frosting or topping.

Ruby Red Velvet: an American classic - a moist rich ruby red sponge with a generous measure of cocoa topped with a delicious classic cream cheese or vanilla buttercream frosting.

Choc Berry - a delicious sponge made with creamy white Belgium chocolate and fresh ruby raspberries topped with a white chocolate frosting. Please note, this is a seasonal cupcake, available only in Spring and Summer.

Yummy Scrummy Carrot - A deliciously moist sponge made with carrots, dark muscavado sugar and a hint of spice. Topped with a classic creamy, cream cheese or buttercream frosting.

Ginger Spice - A warm and spicy sponge made with fresh root ginger and sticky muscavado sugar. Topped with a fragrant ginger frosting or icing.
